Subscription ftp request not filling
Hi,
I recently changed 2 subscriptions from 'email' to ftp. The emails stopped but I am not seeing anything in my subscription folders (2934 and 2954).
Can you check this out?
Thanks,
Tim

Subscription ftp request not filling
There seem to be plenty of data in both directories:
ftp://samoa.gsfc.nasa.gov/subscriptions/MODISA/XM/timothy.moore/2954/
ftp://samoa.gsfc.nasa.gov/subscriptions/VIIRS/XM/timothy.moore/2934/
...well, the MODIS is shy a little due to a data ingest issue we're recently suffered, all should be back to normal there soon ...

Hi Sean,
Ok - thanks.
This command didn't work:
curl -d "subID=2934&addurl=1&results_as_file=1" https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/search/file_search.cgi
but I got there directly through the links in your response.
Have a great 4th of July,
Tim

Tim,
That command would only work for non-extracted subscriptions. Your subscriptions are extracted/mapped - which are (currently) staged on our FTP server.
