Hi,
I was trying to process the MODIS aqua L1B emissive bands ( band 31 and 32 ) using l2gen. Unfortunately the processes is getting stopped with the following message in the end " Rrs_11000 not found in XML product table". The detailed error report is also attached in the end. It will be great if any of you can help me with this problem. Thanking you in advance :)

The l2gen code will not output emissive bands as remote sensing reflectance, because, well, they are emissive bands not reflective bands.
Try BT_11000 to retrieve the brightness temperature.
