etopo1_ocssw.nc file download

As a windows use I cannot install the ocprocessing package. However, i'm wondering if the file etopo1_ocssw.nc is available to download from somewhere. I get the impression this is the bathymetry data that is used for the bathymetric masking.

You can use the upstream source. There is a tool to extract regional grids.

That is exactly what i was looking for. I didn't realize it was a NOAA product! Thanks!
