the file gbr100.grd can't be download!

I download gbr100.grd file from the url: https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/Ancillary/LUTs/common/gbr100.grd ,
but Each time is inexplicable interruption, This site say can be continued at breakpoints, but not actually at breakpoints.
I got some friends,included friends in Japan, to download it for me, they couldn't download also.

This is a senior programmer told me?The whole paragraph meaning is: the site oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov
can't support breakpoint continuation, but the site marked it can. At the same time,
the server-side code forces the incoming data to be partitioned without error reporting.

The issue was not global with the data server, but rather specific to the Ancillary data tree. The issue has been resolved and download continuation should now work as expected for those data.
