Hi,
I am using the chlorophyll concentration data. there are different colors of regions on the images generated in the SeaDAS 7, such as red, blue and yellow. so I was wondering if the color indicates the different levels of chlorophyll concentration. and could tell me the threshold of each color? Thanks!
Best,
Yunyi

Yes the colors do indicate the chlorophyll concentration. To view the color bar (legend) of a particular image, right click on the image and select "Export Colorbar" or there is an shortcut icon in the menu bar. The range (thresholds) can be adjusted in the Color Manager window.
I would recommend this tutorial case study.
