Hi

While processing MODIS data i am getting below error.

We failed to reach a server.
Please retry this request at a later time.
URL attempted: oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov
HTTP Error: 302 - Found
*** ERROR: The HTTP transfer failed with status code 302.
*** Please check your network connection and for the existence of the remote file:
*** oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/getfile/PM1EPHND.P2015224.1200.003

Kindly help me to rectify this issue.

A recent change required updates to the Python scripts (lots of recent posts in this forum).  If you have not run "Update Processors" in the SeaDAS GUI (or used install_ocssw.py) recently to get the new scripts, you should do that.

I am using the updated v7.5 scripts to download data with authentication. I still have problem to download ancillary data.
I have receive the same error message as in the previous post:

I am able to download manually using: oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/getfile/PM1EPHND.P2020066.1200.003 and manually login.

You need to update your OCSSW code.  There is a new version of the python script that handles the downloads.
