FIRE INFORMATION FOR RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (FIRMS)

I am working of fire data but do not understand the *acq time* meaning
(significance) data provided by in the fire_archive_M6_91142.i have already read the user guide provided by you. so please specify what does mean of *aqc_time.
*it is the time period of fire or it is observation time also unit is
second are anything else. i will be highly obliged obliged your support.
