Can't get download links for MODIS Land Surface Temperarure (MYD11A1)

Dear Sir/Madam

I'm trying to get the download links for MYD11A1 v6 data, and I have ordered some granules from EARTHDATA. But I'm getting an unknown error ( (ID bf82fcb5-33d0-409f-841f-730c779f3f7d)) in the last step of getting the download link in bulk. If possible, please help me to solve it. Thank you very much!

Could you send us your search parameters. I would like to try and see if I get the same error. We have the Data Pool where you can go to directly download the data: https://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/MOLA/MYD11A1.006/

Product: MODIS/Aqua Land Surface Temperature/Emissivity Daily L3 Global 1km SIN Grid V006
Time: start: 2002-01-01 00:00:00, end: 2004-12-31 23:59:59
Granules ID(s): *h23v05*,*h24v05*,h25v05*

I am not sure why that happened. If it persist please select the Feedback option in the upper right corner of the Earthdata Search tool as this will go directly to Earthdata. I was able to save the files so I attached the text file to this. We have other options to bulk download at the LPDAAC if that would work better for you, Please see the Daac2Disk which is one option: https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/tools/daac2diskscripts/
