Brief network outage for OB.DAAC/OBPG

There will be an outage for the network that supports the OB.DAAC/OBPG on Tuesday, November 2nd 2021 from 7-8pm EDT, but may extend through midnight November 3rd. Access to the websites and services supported by the OB.DAAC will be affected including (but not necessarily limited to):

https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov
https://seabass.gsfc.nasa.gov
