Do not have permission to update profile

How do I update settings on my profile (e.g., email)? In my "User Control Panel" page, clicking on "Profile" tells me "Sorry you do not have permission to perform this action" even when I am logged in.

Updates to your profile and password changes can be made from the Earthdata Login page: https://urs.earthdata.nasa.gov/profile/edit
