Anytime I try to process a GEO file from a VIIRS L1A data, I get this error. Please how do I resolve this?

It might be helpful if you could take a screenshot of your geolocate_viirs GUI and post it here. If you provide the name of the VIIRS L1A file, we can try to reproduce the error and figure out to help you solve the problem.
BTW, if you don't want to do geolocate_viirs yourself, VIIRS GEO files can be downloaded along with VIIRS L1A file here: https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov (/directaccess/)
