I recently requested ~10 years worth of chlorophyll data (L3) from MODIS in the region around the Hawaiian Islands. The request went through, but the resulting files do not have any chlorophyll data and have the following flags:
'ATMFAIL,LAND,HILT,HISATZEN,STRAYLIGHT,CLDICE,COCCOLITH,LOWLW,CHLWARN,CHLFAIL,NAVWARN,MAXAERITER,ATMWARN,HISOLZEN,NAVFAIL,FILTER,HIGLINT'
Has anyone seen this before? Did I not make my requested region large enough (~3 degrees latitude, ~9 degrees longitude).
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
