Landsat 8 OLI trouble in SeaDAS 8.2.0

Hello,

I am having trouble using l2gen on Landsat 8 OLI files.

I am using SeaDAS 8.2.0 on a Mac (MacOS Catalina version 10.15.7)

When I select for an input file:
ifile=/Users/jsturner/satellite_data/NC_Landsat/LC08_L1TP_014036_20180919_20200830_02_T1/LC08_L1TP_014036_20180919_20200830_02_T1_MTL.txt

I get the following error box:
ERROR: problem creating Parameter XML file: l2gen failed to run

However, the output file line automatically fills with:
ofile=/Users/jsturner/satellite_data/NC_Landsat/LC08_L1TP_014036_20180919_20200830_02_T1/LANDSAT8_OLI.20180919T154106.L2.OC.nc

Then, after selecting products (any products at all) and hitting “Run” the following error message is displayed:
execution exception: java.io.IOException: l2gen failed with exit code 1.
Check log for more details.
Loading default parameters from /Users/jsturner/SeaDAS/ocssw/share/common/msl12_defaults.par
-E- /Users/dshea/focs/oel_hdf4/libl1/l1_options.c Line 207: Could not find type for file /Users/jsturner/satellite_data/NC_Landsat/LC08_L1TP_014036_20180919_20200830_02_T1/LC08_L1TP_014036_20180919_20200830_02_T1_MTL.txt.

You can ignore the ERROR: problem creating Parameter XML file: l2gen failed to run.

You probably are using OCSSW V2022.0, which does not recognize LANDSAT collection 2 L1B files. R2022.3 can do l2gen on LANDSAT collection 2 data.
