Hi Earthdata Forum,
I'm looking for land surface temperature data in West Africa, which I had previously been pulling (as recently as January) from the FEWSNET Land Data Assimilation System. Now I can only find a monthly version of the same data. Why has this data set been taken down? Is there any sort of archive for this?

The daily FLDAS data has been decommissioned and removed from GES DISC system. Please find more information from the alert messages:
Regional FLDAS daily and monthly "A" data will be decommissioned on 11/1/2019
Regional FLDAS monthly "C" data will be decommissioned on 9/16/2019
If you are interested, you may check to see if our GLDAS daily data products fit your needs. Here are the URLs for these data products:
