Is there a TEC map data set with a time resolution of 1 hour from 1998 to 2018?

The standard IGS TEC maps have a resolution of 2 hours. However, products created by the individual analysis centers can have resolution from 15 minutes to 2 hours. Analysis centers that have created 1 hour maps include, CODE, EMR, ESA, and UPC. But these products may not be available for the entire time span of 1998 to 2018.

UPC 1-hour files start around 2023 day 271
CODE 1-hour files start around 2014 day 305
EMR 1-hour files start around 2015 day 117
ESA 1-hour files start around 2022 day 343

可是1998年开始UPC就开始有提供时间分辨率为一小时的TEC map 数据了，文件名称前缀为uhrg，请问这该如何理解呢？
