VIIRS V2 Vegetation products generation schedule

I would like to download the global VIIRS V2 VI products (VNP13A1 and VNP15A2H) from the EARTHDATA website (https://search.earthdata.nasa.gov/search/granules?p=C2519127224-LPCLOUD&pg[0][v]=f&pg[0][gsk]=-start_date&q=VNP13A1%20v002&tl=1721756677.486!3!!&lat=-0.140625&long=0.0703125 and https://search.earthdata.nasa.gov/search/granules?p=C2545314545-LPCLOUD&pg[0][v]=f&pg[0][gsk]=-start_date&q=VNP15A2H&tl=1721756677.486!3!!&lat=-0.140625&long=0.0703125). However, I just noticed that the new VIIRS vegetation products had some missing tiles. For example, there are only 12799 tiles for VNP13A1 and 11766 tiles for VNP15A1H in 2020 globally. But there are over 1300 tiles in other years. I guess these products (VNP13A1 and VNP15A2H) haven’t finished all product processing yet. Am I right?
If so, may I ask when you can finish processing all the products?

Hi Duan,
Sorry for the delay with the VIIRS processing. You are correct, they are not complete with the back processing, especially 2020 as several other products from that year need to be completed. We are not sure when that will be completed. At present VIIRS processing is on hold because of an issue but this should be resolved soon. Thanks for your patience.
