SEADAS pixel extraction tool

by davidantoine » Fri Aug 02, 2024 12:28 am America/New_York

Hi SeaDAS team,
I work with SEADAS 9.0.1 on a Mac M1 under Sonoma.
The pixel extraction tool says he has worked successfully and wrote the files in the directory I have specified, but the directory remains empty. I have defined pins and they appear in the image and the coordinates are reported in the Parameters tab of the pixel extraction window.
Not sure what happens,
Thanks,
David

Please post a screenshot of the "Input/Output" and the "Parameters" section of the Pixel Extraction GUI.

It should write a file called "pixEx_measurements.txt" in whatever is your "Output directory" as defined in the Pixel Extraction GUI.
