NASA OBPG server Unreachable Error for MODIS Processing

We are encountering an issue during the MODIS L1A to L1C processing. The main error is due to a connection failure when trying to download necessary files from the NASA OBPG server (host='oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov', port=443), resulting in missing ancillary files required for GEO creation. This led to further failures in generating the L1B files.

This connection issue has only arisen recently. Thank you in advance for your help.

There is a known intermittent issue with slow response for several of the services on the oceandata ___domain in recent weeks which has been increasing in frequency. We have been investigating the problem, but do not yet have a resolution. It is a high priority for us, but given the intermittent nature it is difficult to nail down. With luck, we will have a solution soon.

Is there any progress? We have been having problems processing MODIS corrections based on Seadas since August 23. Thanks！
