Unable to download files from Ocean Color Level 3 & 4 Browser

I am unable to download data from the Ocean Color Level 3&4 browser https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/l3/ with the following selections:

Product Status: Standard
Instrument: SNPP-VIIRS
Product: Chlorophyll concentration
Period: Monthly
Resolution: 4km
Start date: 2012-01-02
End date: 2024-11-06
Type: Mapped
Extract:
Region
 North: 46
 South: 34
 West: -79
 East: -64

It lists the files that will be provided, and when I click on "Extract" it gives me an error: "An error occurred in your order submission please try again later"

I was able to successfully download this same dataset (except the Type was binned instead of mapped) on Nov 4 around 4pm EST. I've tried several different selections and keep getting the same error. I've also tried to download PNG files and when it gives me the list of files that will be downloaded, the files are .nc files instead of .png (see attachment). Please advise.

I was using Google Chrome earlier, I just tried to use Safari and got the same error.

Thank you for your patience while we looked into the issue. I apologize for the inconvenience as I was running some changes on the backend. I have gone ahead and pushed a fix for this issue so you should now be able to perform an extract and download data for SNPP-VIIRS as well as the other mission datasets. Let me know if you are still experiencing issues with extracting and downloading data from the L3/L4 browser.

Hello - I'm still having issues downloading files. This time is:

Instrument: SNPP-VIIRS
Product: Triple window sea surface temperature
Period: Monthly
Resolution: 4km
Start date: 2012-01-02
End date: 2024-10-31
Type: Mapped
Extract:
Region
 North: 46
 South: 34
 West: -79
 East: -64

It only returns 66 files when I believe it should be giving me 153 files (same as chl-a). This looks like it's an issue with all of the SST products.

Hello - I am still unable to download all of the monthly SST files that I believe should be available for SNPP-VIIRS. Please advise, thanks!
