Is there any data browser or tool avilable that allows for easy downloading and exploration of PACE-OCI data. If anyone is aware of any such resources or platforms for this purpose, kindly share them?

The Earthdata Search client is available for discovery and download of all data stored by NASA's Earthdata Archive Centers, including OB.DAAC. Here is a link to the tool. You can enter a value into the search bar and hit the 'search' button or scroll down to until you see the OB.DAAC data portal. Clicking into the portal shows you only OB.DAAC data: https://search.earthdata.nasa.gov/
