The fact that a Mexican milanesa is different than the Argentine one is not important, they are both '''called''' milanesa. Argentine and Spanish chorizo isn't like Mexican chorizo, either, but they're both called chorizo in English, so they go in the same article, at least in the Engligh language Wikipedia.
