Contiene parte della performance della band tenutasi il 26 agosto 1993 al Nakano Sun Plaza a Tokyo in Giappone. Sono inoltre inclusi i videoclip di "Pull Me Under", "Take the Time", e "Another Day", estratti da Images and Words, oltre alle interviste, curiosità e i dietro le quinte. Nel 2004 fu pubblicato come DVD con il nome Images and Words: Live in Tokyo / 5 Years in a LIVEtime (contenente anche il secondo home video della band, originariamente uscito in VHS nel 1998). In questa versione è presente anche una traccia audio con il commento della band.
