What's a sandbox and how do I create one?
- Creating a sandbox
A "sandbox" is a page on your user space where you can work privately to create an article without interruption or un-invited editing of the article by others. When you are happy with your new article, you can easily start a new article on the same page after! Here's how you can create a personal sandbox:
- To get to your user page, you have to make sure you are logged in. After your are logged in, click on the link to your username on the upper right menu. It's the first link on the left.
- Next, look in the URL address and at the end of your name type:
/Sandbox
Then hit enter and a new page should be created.
- From there, you can experiment all you want!
