Il disco
Quinto EP pubblicato dal fan club ufficiale del gruppo, LP Underground, Underground 5.0 contiene sei brani estratti dalla performance dal vivo tenuta dal gruppo il 2 luglio dello stesso anno al Live 8 di Filadelfia. Dall'album sono state escluse Crawling, In the End e Numb/Encore (quest'ultime due inserite nel DVD ufficiale del Live 8). Al concerto ha partecipato il rapper Jay-Z.
