Costituisce il quinto lavoro in studio dei Three Days Grace e segna un cambio radicale nella formazione della band, perché proprio dopo l'uscita di questo album il cantante e frontman della band, Adam Gontier, annuncia di lasciare il gruppo[2]. A prenderne il posto è stato Matt Walst, già cantante dei My Darkest Days.
