No RS. This institute does not seem affiliated to the University Grant Commission (India) or All India Council of Technical Education so an illegal fake educational institute. Google Map reviews (though not reliable) exposes that it is fake college. They are possibly using Wikipedia to present themselves as legitimate institute.
