The group operates under eight brands: BM Steel, Industrial Metal Services (IMS), SPS, Pulman Steel, Avon Steel, Sections Direct, BM Architectural, and B&M. Since 2022, BM Group has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Marubeni-Itochu Steel Inc. (MISI), a Japanese global steel distributor.
