Submission declined on 23 July 2023 by Losipov (talk). I think more sources are needed here. There is only one primary source and one secondary source (along with the outside link), plus there is very little content. I can see it being notable, but in the meantime, I think more sources are needed.

The Fullerton Observer is an independent community-based newspaper[1] from Fullerton, CA. The newspaper was founded in 1978 by Ralph and Natalie Kennedy, Roy and Irene Kobayashi[2]. In 2024, it was announced that the granddaughter of Ralph and Natalie Kennedy, Sasika Kennedy, was the new owner and editor of the Fullerton Observer[3].
The newspaper prints biweekly physical issues as well as a free biweekly online edition alongside their one-off news articles. The newspaper also operates a podcast entitled Observing Fullerton.
Fullerton Newspaper Rack Ban
editIn 2024, the city of Fullerton banned all non-government content from being distributed at city buildings including newspapers. With the sole exception being the "community news" rack in Fullerton Libraries[4] [5], which required community produced materials to fit within a 8.5in x 14in form-factor, while the Observer is 11in x 17in.
Both the Daily Titan and Fullerton Observer were affected by this ban as it raised concerns of censorship[6] however they did not experience significant changes but still are not allowed in government buildings.
