American judge (1904–1959)

Lucius Coleman "Tiny" Groves (1904 – November 26, 1959)^[1] was the head of the state of Georgia's welfare department and served as an assoxiate justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia in 1948.

He lived in Lincolnton.
