History

The Libertex brand was launched in 2015 as the online trading platform of Indication Investments Ltd, a company incorporated and licensed in Cyprus. The parent group has operated in financial markets since 1997 under various brand names including ForexClub and most recently LBX.com^[5]

The Libertex Group operates as a broader financial entity encompassing regulated brokerage operations and digital trading services across multiple jurisdictions.^[6]

Operations

Libertex provides access to trading in forex, cryptocurrencies, commodities, indices, ETFs, and stocks via CFDs. The platform supports MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and its proprietary web and mobile apps.

Product Expansion

Libertex is a major supporter of the Hope For Children CRC Policy Center. The cooperation was initiated by a considerable donation by Libertex in 2022, which was partly used to help renovate children’s shelters operated by HFC in Nicosia, Cyprus. These ‘Homes For Hope’ accommodate unaccompanied children and offer rehabilitation, integration, and durable solutions, while meeting children’s individual needs. In addition, Hope For Children used donated funds to cover important needs that facilitate the smooth operation of the shelters. In 2023 and 2024 Libertex supported HFC further with vehicle donations and facility renovations of HFC facilities in Limassol, Cyprus ^[23][24][25]

Libertex is also a long time supporter and sponsor of Apollon Wheelchair Basketball Team which is an organization in Cyprus offering sporting activities for athletes with physical impairments as part of the Paralympic Movement. ^[26]
