Sam L. Felts (September 29, 1889 – October 15, 1977) was a justice of the Tennessee Supreme Court from 1960 to 1964.[1]

Born in Cheatham County, Tennessee, Felts served as second lieutenant in World War I.[1]

appointed February 1, 1960 to succeed A. B. Neil who retired February 1, 1960; elected 1960; He was a judge of the Tennessee Court of Appeals from 1937 to 1960. He retired in 1964.[1]
