HyperIn, is a Helsinki-based Finnish PropTech firm.[1][2] It creates cloud software for shopping malls, mixed-use buildings and commercial property, with products being distributed in Europe, Asia, and North America.[1][3] Independent media have referred to HyperIn as one of Finland's focused PropTech ecosystems and as a supplier of retail real estate management.[4][5]

History
editHyperIn was established in Helsinki, Finland, in 2008.[1] It has maintained research and development facilities in Finland and Hong Kong and distribution partners in several geographies.[1]
It was named as a Red Herring Europe finalist in 2012 and Global finalist in 2014.[6][7]
In 2025, ACROSS Magazine featured HyperIn's platform being utilized on over 300 European and Asian commercial properties, and that it had also moved into mixed-use projects, airports, and specialty leasing.[8]
HyperIn was also listed as a MAPIC 2025 international retail property trade fair exhibitor.[9]
Products
editHyperIn offers a cloud-based shopping-centre and property-management platform featuring tenant-communication and marketing tools.[1] Its offerings include the HyperIn Mobile Intranet application, which is delivered via Google Play and Apple App Store.[10][11]
In 2022, a press release distributed via Cision shared HyperIn's take on retail real-estate trends.[12]
