CPCC changed name

edit

The CPCC changed its name to Civilian Operations Headquarters recently. I cannot modify the organizational chart. Can somebody edit it? Thanks. —ElSenador (talk) 08:10, 20 March 2025 (UTC)Reply

Civillian missions

edit

Suggestion: Re sentence currently in lede. All civilian missions are directed by the Civilian Planning and Conduct Capability (CPCC), a directorate of the External Action Service (EEAS) in Brussels, Belgium.. Can this directly relate to OHQ. Perhaps something like: All civilian missions are directed by an OHQ set up at the Civilian Planning and Conduct Capability (CPCC). The CPCC is a directorate of the External Action Service (EEAS) in Brussels, Belgium.. However my suggestion above may not be accurate and may not be sourceable and may simply show I don't know what I am talking about. Thankyou.Djm-leighpark (talk) 19:58, 22 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Head of the Command and control structure

edit

The Head of the Command and control structure should be the "Council" (i.e. "Council of the European Union"; and not the "European Council") and if necessary it's President. This is clearly stated in the Treaty on EU (Art. 42-4/5, 43 and 44) as well as the Working document of the European External Action Service EEAS(2019)468 (Par. H.17.a).
