Suggested merger with Smith normal form
editThe section "Results" in the article Smith normal form already has all (or close to all) the information present in the stub listed in context for greater clarity. I suggest either merging the pages or just deleting this stub altogether. However, in the interests of starting a friendly discussion on the topic and the fact that outright deletion is quite severe, I have simply suggested a simple merger as of the moment. Please discuss.
