some expressions like "over the last three years" can be confusing for readers since the readers don't have the background knowledge to the article. And some part is kind of ambiguous. For instance, it mentions there are apps that can facilitate language exchange but doesn't give any examples. Rtchang, maybe you can take a look at the changes I have made to the education section and see what you think about them. I removed some information in reference to European educational programs which seemed more about exchange programs than language exchanges, and I added some information and references regarding language exchange programs at some U.S. universities.
