This template creates standardized references to various State Highway System Logs published by the Arizona Department of Transportation.

Parameters
editThere are only five parameters for this template. Two are required in order to display the correct information for each State Highway System log.
- year: the year the log was compiled. Currently there are logs available online only for the years of:
- 1959 - Included as part of the 1959 Arizona Highway Sufficiency Rating Booklet
- 1965 - Included as part of the 1965-66 Arizona Highway Sufficiency Rating Booklet

- 1988 - Erroneously referred to as 1989 by the Arizona Memory Project

- However, if an ADOT SHS Log not listed above is accessed off line and used as a source, the template is configured to accept this as well.
- access-date or accessdate: the date the log was accessed.
- ___location: controls whether the ___location of publication is displayed or not. By default, the parameter is set to off. Set the parameter to yes to make the publication ___location visible.
- page or pages: optional parameter referencing the page number or numbers in the log where the referenced information was taken from.
