This template may be placed on a user's user page to mark an account as blocked indefinitely for having impersonated the account of another user. It is often placed with the {{sockpuppet}} template. It should not be substituted.

| evidence | third parameter | This parameter allows a user to provide evidence of the suspected impersonation, and will add the text 'as established by' followed by any text entered for the parameter (presumably to a link that shows this evidence)

Example of use for an imaginary account called XYZ being impersonated by another account for which there is evidence of impersonation might be written thus:
