Usage
{{Calendar TOC}} attempts to automatically determine the month and year from the page name
{{Calendar TOC|month=January}} sets the month to January
{{Calendar TOC|month=January|year=1861}} sets the month to January and year to 1861
{{Calendar TOC|extra=References=See also}} overrides the default list of valid extra links (still only linked if they exist in the article)
