- Upon revokation
- Locate the target entry in this list, and strike through it using

- Add a
<small> note after the entry, such as: <small>Removed, no longer necessary. ~~~~</small>
Remember not to reveal more information here than is necessary. For example, if a user needs IP block exemption because they are caught in a troublemaker's hardblock, confirming here who that troublemaker is may inadvertently violate the user's privacy; similarly, if a user hasn't stated on wiki that they need IP block exemption to bypass the Great Firewall of China, revealing it here would be a privacy violation. |
