editThis template has been created in order to keep all references to the International Best Track Archive for Climate Stewardship accessible since the URLs change on a yearly to bi-yearly basis whenever a new version is released. In order to use it, there is only one parameter that needs to be filled out - the ID parameter. This is the code that IBTRACS assigns to a tropical cyclone in their database and puts into the URL in order to identify the system. As an example: {{IBTRACS url|id=1975033S11073}} brings up the IBTRACS page for report for Tropical Cyclone Gervaise of the 1974-75 tropical cyclone season.
