This template is intended to force Slavonic-style fonts for the display of text in the early Cyrillic alphabet (pre-Petrine reform). This should be used to represent writing or type in pre-modern Slavic languages, such as Old (Church) Slavonic and Old East Slavic, but it should not be used with modern Cyrillic text unless it was written according to the early Cyrillic custom, which usually only applies to liturgical texts in Church Slavonic. For display of text in the Glagolitic alphabet, please use {{Script/Glagolitic}} instead.
