Tribeca Developers is an Indian luxury real estate development company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The firm is known for its partnership with The Trump Organization and for developing branded residential and commercial real estate projects in India.[1] It has launched projects across cities including Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata and Gurugram.[2][3]

History

Tribeca Developers was founded by Kalpesh Mehta, an entrepreneur with a background in finance and real estate. After working in the United States, Mehta returned to India and established Tribeca to develop globally branded properties in the Indian real estate market.[4]

The company initially focused on licensing and development of residential projects in collaboration with The Trump Organization.[5] In years following its founding, Tribeca expanded its portfolio beyond residential towers to include commercial and rental housing developments.[5]

Trump World Center Pune

Announced in 2025, this is the first Trump-branded commercial office project in India.[6] Located in Pune and developed in partnership with Kundan Spaces, the development comprises two 27-storey towers and spans 1.6 million sq.ft. The project has an estimated investment of approximately INR. 2,500 crores.[7][8]

Trump Residences Gurgaon

Situated in Gurugram, this project is the second Trump-branded residential development in the Delhi-NCR region.[9] It features twin towers of 51 storeys each. Developed in partnership with Smartworld Developers, the project is valued at ₹1,200 crore.[10][11]

The Ark, Pune

Located on NIBM Road, Pune, The Ark (Voyage to the Stars) is a luxury residential project spread across 12 acres and adjacent to a 200-acre protected forest. It includes six towers and a rooftop terrace spanning approximately 2.75 acres.[12]

Tribeca Highstreet, Pune

Tribeca Highstreet is a mixed-use commercial and retail development adjacent to The Ark. It offers lifestyle and retail spaces. designed to complement nearby residential projects.[13]

YOO One, Pune

A branded luxury residential project designed in collaboration with design firm YOO and designer Sussanne Khan. The project is located in Pune near The Ark and features a 1.25-acre rooftop terrace.[14]

The Edge

The Edge, Mumbai A high-end residential tower in South Mumbai. According to media reports, the projects achieved a complete sell-out of 228 units valued at over INR. 1,000 crore.[15]

Trilive

Launched in 2025, Trilive, is a rental housing platform intended to offer professionally managed residential units in metro cities. The initiative marked Tribeca’s expansion into alternative housing segments.[16][17]
