中国人民解放军陆军洮南合同战术训练基地，位于吉林省洮南市黑水镇，是隶属中国人民解放军北部战区陆军的训练基地。The Taonan Combined Tactical Training Base of the People's Liberation Army of China, located in Heishui Town, Taonan City, Jilin Province, is a training base affiliated to the Northern Theater Command Army of the People's Liberation Army of China.

沿革

洮南训练基地的前身是黑水靶场[1][2]。洮南训练基地是21世纪初中国人民解放军组建的合同战术训练基地之一，起初隶属沈阳军区[3]。The predecessor of Taonan Training Base was the Blackwater Shooting Range[1][2]. Taonan Training Base was one of the joint tactical training bases established by the Chinese People's Liberation Army in the early 21st century and was initially affiliated with the Shenyang Military Region[3].

洮南训练基地自组建之后，经常用于举办跨区演习。例如2009年，由沈阳军区、兰州军区、济南军区、广州军区参加的“跨越―2009”演习在沈阳军区洮南训练基地、兰州军区青铜峡训练基地、济南军区确山训练基地、广州军区鹿寨训练基地展开，这是中国人民解放军自建军以来举行的第一次大规模跨区实兵检验性演习[4][5]。Since its establishment, the Taonan Training Base has been frequently used to hold cross-regional exercises. For example, in 2009, the "Crossing 2009" exercise, which was participated in by the Shenyang Military Region, Lanzhou Military Region, Jinan Military Region, and Guangzhou Military Region, was held at the Taonan Training Base of the Shenyang Military Region, the Qingtongxia Training Base of the Lanzhou Military Region, the Queshan Training Base of the Jinan Military Region, and the Luzhai Training Base of the Guangzhou Military Region. This was the first large-scale cross-regional actual-troop test exercise held by the Chinese People's Liberation Army since its establishment.[1][2]

洮南训练基地还在对外交流中发挥作用。例如2009年“和平使命-2009”中俄联合反恐军事演习在洮南训练基地举行[6]。The Taonan Training Base also plays a role in foreign exchanges. For example, the 2009 Sino-Russian joint anti-terrorism military exercise “Peace Mission 2009” was held at the Taonan Training Base[1]

2016年，在深化国防和军队改革中，洮南训练基地由中国人民解放军沈阳军区转隶中国人民解放军北部战区陆军。In 2016, as part of the deepening of national defense and military reforms, the Taonan Training Base was transferred from the Shenyang Military Region of the People's Liberation Army to the Northern Theater Command of the People's Liberation Army.
