To use the userbox, place {{User:Bilorv/createdpage|page name}} on your userpage, replacing "page name" with the page you want to display and link to.
Please note that the namespace does need to be included: if you created the page "Wikipedia:Sandbox", then you need to type {{User:Bilorv/createdpage|Wikipedia:Sandbox}}.
If you want the link to go somewhere different to the page name displayed, you need to add a second parameter with the page name to link to (this can include interwiki links). For instance, {{User:Bilorv/createdpage|Sandbox|Wikipedia:Sandbox}} will produce:

There are two optional parameters:
|lang=This chooses the language name that appears before the word "Wikipedia", and the Wikipedia to which the link goes to. It is set by default to English. This will not affect where the link goes, so you need to include the second parameter with the relevant interwiki prefix.|ns=This sets the text displayed before the link to your created page. It is set automatically to "article", but can be changed to "page" or "template" or anything else.
For instance, {{User:Bilorv/createdpage|Home|de:Hauptseite|ns=Wikipedia page|lang=German}} will produce:
