I impoverished, send foreign aid ¥ ¥ ¥ ¥ ¥?

I am living in a yurt in rural Mongolia, I need quid in order to operate since internet is a very expensive commodity. My livestock got obliterated by harsh storm winds from devilish creatures wishing upon my downfall. Therefore, I need foreign aid to continue my crusade in reviving Buddhism and the glory of Bhutan as a country. I am big patriot of Bhutan since Agartha is located there and Bhutan will be free from the impending doom the world will face. I currently have 10 UAH to my name.
