Hi, I'm Matt Gibson, and I'm a random Geek currently living in Bristol, England. I'm a programmer by day. In my spare time I'm a freelance journalist, specialising in science and technology. I've contributed articles to several websites, ranging from the BBC to Null Hypothesis. I was part of the writing team for the recent popular science books Defining Moments In Science, ISBN 978-1844035892, and "1001 Inventions that Changed the World", ISBN 978-1844036110.
As a photographer, I've taken pictures of local people and landscapes for a couple of Wikipedia articles, and am happy to take more. See my Flickr page to get an idea of the type and quality of photos I take.
