Current & Ongoing

edit

I am currently working on a couple of Wikipedia pages.

  • Draft: Source Four - The Source Four lighting fixture is a very popular lighting fixture, according to ETC themselves, they have sold over 3.5 million units since as of 2017.[1] The page did exist previously, but was deleted (fairly) because all the references were primary or B2B. Unfortunatley, it's not very common for the news to be discussing a stage light and search results have been flooded with either shop listings to purchase it or a website that looks good until you realize it's B2B promotional material. Therefore, it has been a bit challenging.
  • Entertainment Rigging - The article for entertainment rigging was plagued with problems. Firstly, it was covering a broad topic that already had 2 sub-topic articles: Theatrical Rigging (Which now redirects to Fly System), and Aerial Rigging. Secondly, there was an issue with a majority of the content from the article being plagerized from a copyrighted source.

Completed

  • Chur-Arosa Railway Template - The Chur-Arosa railway line is unique for it's street-running section. This is a very rare occurance and a very fun oppurtunity to use the BSicon system, and luckily for me, it hadn't been marked yet and I got to do it! It is having some trouble with light & dark mode and the rendering.
  • Template:Infobox light fixture - A template infobox for light fixtures.

Abandoned

edit
  • Electronic Theater Controls - An article draft I tried to create. ETC is the manufacturer of the Source Four, as well as a multitude of other products that I think are pretty neat. Unfortunatley, I did not realize that another user had attempted to create the same article draft just 4 months previous. I was also unaware that I wasn't in the draftspace, but rather publishing the article into the mainspace. Cut to a very fast and frightening sockpuppet investigation. Anyway, safe to say that I probably wont be drafting that page again until I have a bit more citations.
