David is a casual student of history, cookery and photography.
After a long career in educational technology, David retired to Valencia with his husband and two dogs. His spends his spare time learning more about human history with a particular focus on the history of the European countries. He has contributed financially to Wikipedia for years, but in his retirement, he expects to contribute more regularly to the development of this vehicle of human knowledge. His current interest is focused on history of Europe with many years establishing a foundation in the history of England, however current work involves the history of Spain, particularly in Valencia where he has retired.
