Comment: As the points repeatedly stated haven't been addressed, one must assume they cannot be, at least on the part of the drafter. Circular referencing alone isn't really the issue, but citing the Son article etc. as if that would impress us demonstrates bad faith and an intent to waste our time, plain and simple.
