Toni Tsuyoshi Arakaki (新垣剛、April 30, 1981) is a Japanese/Filipino professional drifter who competes in several International professional series. He has represented the Philippines at the FIA Intercontinental Drifting Cup[1] for the 2018 and 2019 season. He has been competing professionally since 2009.

edit- April 30, 1981: Toni Tsuyoshi Arakaki was born in Quezon City, Philippines as the first born son of Virologist Dr. Sakae Arakaki and Grace Arakaki.
